PART TIME WORK - AS NEEDED

This position requires a highly qualified individual who has the skill and experience necessary to perform major OSP projects and be familiar with all engineering concepts for underground, buried and aerial fiber cable construction.  Responsibilites may include developing project drawings with scope of work, preparing project estimates, securing constuction permits, seekign plan approvals, arranging flagging protection with various railroads, attending design/construction meetings and reviewing and responding to various engineering inquiries.  This individual must possess computer skills with experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
