MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CENTURYTEL OR EMBARQ.

• An Outside Plant Facility Engineer will be required to perform "Routine Engineering" of "fiber optic line extensions" to company solutions POP's, Co-Locations and HUB locations and or major route builds, customer builds, miscellaneous road relocation projects, and miscellaneous maintenance Work orders.  This position will normally be utilized in Market Areas experienceing high growth or in lieu of backfilling an Engineer. 

• This position requires a trained individual meeting Outside Plant Fiber Optic Engineering qualifications and will be responsible for OSP staking, Building Entrance Detail, Rack & Equipment detail for Optical Equipment additions, Manhole detail, Public/Private Right-of-Way, Special Permitting (Bureau of Land Management, Corp of Engineers, etc...) and Work order package preparation.  This position also requires building projects utilizing other carrier's structure such as duct, dark fiber and pole agreements. 

• This position requires an individual with OSP Design and Planning, Construction and must have the ability to perform Cost Analysis to determine the most cost effective and efficient manner of the placement of communication facilities.
