• The Inside Plant Facility Design Engineer will be required to perform "Routine Engineering" of Transport equipment, access equipment, and other ancilllary equipment installed in a typical Central office. 
  
  
  
  
•  This position requires a trained individual capable of the engineering design of transport equipment, access equipment, testing and turn up of equipment, network management systems, AC/DC electrical power, building entrance detail (raceway system, riser shafts, conduit runs, etc) Rack, & equipment detail and work order package preparation. 
  
  
  
•  This position requires an individual with ISP & OSP Planning, Design and Construction experience and must have the ability to perform Cost Analysis to determine the most financial effective and efficient manner of the placement of communications facilities.

  Must have prior Telecom experience.  Prior CenturyTel or Embarq experience a PLUS!!
