CONTRACT POSITION


MUST HAVE WIRELESS MICROWAVE BACKHAUL EXPERIENCE



DUTIES





  • Establishes and maintains a client relationship that will result in positive feedback and lead to an expanded role in related future projects.


  • Listens to customer and provides feedback to Supervisors


  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement and other project related activities including their interfaces and interdependencies. Broad knowledge of industry standards.


  • Knowledge of construction methods and practices typically used in commercial and industrial work.


  • Knowledge of permitting, and zoning requirements.


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to plan, organize, lead and monitor a variety of team efforts to their successful completion.


  • Ability to be people sensitive, to promote an open and informal communications environment, to develop mutual trust and teamwork, and to facilitate employee self-development.


  • Provides overall management, leadership and day to day direction/technical guidance to assigned personnel.


  • Monitors the volume, quality, safety, procedural compliance and timeliness of the work and work product of assigned personnel.


  • Performs routine sampling of work products in support of monitoring.

  • Identifies the strengths and opportunities for improvement for assigned personnel and coaches them as appropriate.


  • Assist assigned personnel in resolving issues and obstacles when required.

  • Provide guidance and demonstrate commitment to Zero Accidents Philosophy.


  • Observe and monitor direct hire and subcontractor safety performance and program.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS







  • All applicants must have the right to work and remain in the United States.


  • All applicants must have a current and valid drivers license.


  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in the Construction industry required.


  • Minimum 3-5 years in Wireless Communications industry required.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS






  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering from an accredited College or University preferred.


  • Prior experience in the Wireless Communications industry within the past 12 months preferred.
